What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily ready-mix operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable site performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, dispatching, and material flow to meet customer needs.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance, and inventory to support continuous operations.
• Promote and enforce safety practices and compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a field-based, operational environment that may include exposure to weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment. The position requires regular on-site presence to support operations and team members effectively.
