Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and vendors that are “signed up” for the project
• Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meeting; notes and sign in sheet to be completed
• Implement safety program and ensure safety standards being met
• Responsible for jobsite cleanliness
• Hold subcontractors accountable
• Deep understanding of plans and client intentions
• Ability to read, understand, and implement drawings
• Responsible for identifying changes in scope as early as possible and reporting these changes in scope to the Project Manager so they can process a change order
• Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports
• Enforce job schedule in field
• Provide monthly schedule updates
• In charge of quality assurance / quality control of work

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of experience working on construction projects
• HS Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications
• Availability for travel to client sites, this is a road warrior position
