Site Superintendent – ICI Construction
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Annualized) - 12 weeks Contract
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee projects in the corporate interiors and ICI construction space The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior corporate fit-outs and general ICI construction.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations for interior corporate and ICI projects.
Coordinate trades, materials, and overall site logistics.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure quality workmanship.
Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Serve as the company’s on-site representative, building strong client relationships.
Deliver projects with a focus on client satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI construction, with a proven track record in interior corporate projects
Hands-on leadership style with strong trade management skills.
Experience with additions or ground-up ICI/flex industrial projects is an asset.
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
