Site Super - High Rise

Well, look no further. A builder/developer in Mississauga is looking for a  talented, passionate and hard-working Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent for their mid and high rise developments. If you have 5+ years of residential construction experience and eager to join a great team then this would be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all projects within the scope of the Site Super role.  This includes: tracking progress, managing trades, complying with regulations, ensuring deadline completions and running a safe site. If you like working on marquis projects with like-minded professionals on interesting projects, then this is the opportunity for you!

You must have rigorous knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, interpreting drawing and have an impeccable attention to detail. Professionalism and leadership capabilities wont go unnoticed. Additionally, you must maintain a safe working environment as well as delivering high quality results till finish. Not to mention, you must be timeline and budget driven.
