Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Storekeeper to manage all material control and inventory operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out or construction environments and a proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient material flow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders for material requests submitted by the site team.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) after thorough inspection of incoming materials.
• Track and document all outgoing materials to the site team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials in the site store.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in a Fit-out or Construction background.
• Proficiency in managing purchase orders and tracking inventory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
