What you will enjoy doing

• You will act as the dedicated on site partner for key customers, coordinating all related activities to deliver an exceptional, customer focused service
• As well as building strong, trust based partnerships with customers to retain and grow the business, you will help protect and strengthen our market position
• You will take ownership of on site operations including service delivery and inventory management, also ensuring uninterrupted availability and reliable performance
• Also identify and develop new business opportunities through compelling proposals, as well as delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth
• Drive performance against agreed service level targets, proactively resolving queries and also supporting strong commercial outcomes
• You will champion safety, health, environment and quality standards at all times, influencing customers and partners to adopt safe systems of work

What makes you great

• You possess strong knowledge of products and services across industrial gases, medical gases, special gases, bulk liquids, hard goods and safety solutions
• You bring practical experience of enterprise resource planning systems and order to cash processes within a commercial environment
• You demonstrate a solid understanding of safety standards and their application in regulated industrial settings, particularly within the gas industry
• You have proven customer facing skills and excel at building long term, trusted relationships
• You show strong sales capability and commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
• You are educated to degree level or bring equivalent professional experience
