About Island Gold District:Alamos Gold’s Island Gold District will become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold mines in Canada. With the two mines within the district, Island Gold and Magino employ over 900 team members who work in the underground and open pit operations and are located in northern Ontario, just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa. The Site Services Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of a full range of surface maintenance, repair, and service activities at both the Island Gold and Magino sites, access and site roads, South Camp and North Camp facilities, and housing facilities. The incumbent will use considerable judgment in making decisions and be able to supervise all tasks in accordance with Alamos’ workplace safety rules and regulations.
