Lead and manage on Expense budget planning, Spending control and the Service in Site service (Canteen service, Uniform, Locker, Postal, WD store, Janitorial service and supply), Transportation service and Workplace Improvement with regard of company policies to achieve higher productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of all resources, including supporting the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide and manage site service suppliers, workplace improvement suppliers including scope of work preparation for process bidding and contract review effectively.
  • Review/update the requirement (Transportation, Canteen h/c & material, Janitor h/c& material and other) to support employees, visitors, site service based on headcount forecast per master schedule release.
  • Ensure site service with on time delivery for all employees.
  • Review, monitor and update vehicle utilization, transportation routes, site service, projects which related on the service effectiveness.
  • Plan, manage and control budget/spending for the service, site service, workplace improvement per company target.
  • Ensure all the transportation service, site service activities, workplace improvement are complied with the related company procedure such as safety procedure, RBA, IMS, BCMS, Thai regulation, etc.
  • Conduct a meeting with Transportation, canteen committee, EHS or related parties on transportation Service, site service program updates.
  • Ensure and improve the customer satisfaction score to meet FE&M organization’s goal.
  • Support special project assignments

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor degree or higher degree in any related field. (Logistics, Transportation, HR-Site Service, Science, Engineering or Supply chain)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in site services management within an industrial or manufacturing facility environment

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in service field (Logistics & Transportation, Transportation Service, Canteen Service, Janitorial Service and other service that understand the service flow)
  • Planning Budget, Spending and Cost management

SKILLS:

  • Advanced proficiency in computer systems and applications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
