Job Title – Site Senior Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Senior Manager to oversee large-scale project execution and site operations within a fast-paced engineering and infrastructure environment. The role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Site Operations ManagementOversee daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.Monitor site progress and address any operational challenges proactively.Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Review project plans, schedules, and technical drawings to ensure alignment.Ensure proper execution of engineering and construction activities.Manage site resources and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety standards.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures.Ensure all work complies with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Team Leadership & SupervisionLead, supervise, and motivate site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce.Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.Conduct site meetings, briefings, and progress reviews.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Quality Control & AssuranceEnsure all work meets required quality standards and project specifications.Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.Address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Provide updates on project status, risks, and resource requirements.Maintain proper documentation of site activities and reports.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects, with at least 3–5 years in a senior site management role.Proven experience managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
