As the local expert inautomation anddigital transformation, you plan and organize cross-functional project teams and develop plans to execute strategies to meet business needs.You use your technical foundation and knowledge of the local strategy to drive digital transformation

How you will contribute

In collaboration with cross-functional partners, you will help develop and execute the localautomation anddigitalization agenda and lead initiatives according to agreed priorities. You will help deploy capital projects, ensuring they stay on budget, with senior supply chain leaders. In addition, you will work with local engineering teams withautomation anddigitalization projects and topics,monitorproject progress during projectdevelopmentand participate in optimization efforts, incorporating feedback learnings for general adaptation for other engineering teams. You will alsoparticipatein a digital community of practice,contributing toyourexpertise To excel in this role, you mustdemonstrateyour knowledge of your technological area of expertise and develop more in-depth technical knowledge anddemonstrateyour highly refined influencing and presentation skills.

TheClusterAutomation & Controls Leadis responsible formanufacturingautomation systemsand cybersecurityin terms ofmaintaininga constanthigh levelof system reliability. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. Heshewill be actively applying Mondelez Global Automation and Information Systems standards and procedures andis responsible forthe ongoing safe state of related systems. This includes regular and long-termactivities,including financialplanningto migrate obsolete systems intocurrentsupported hardware and software. He /she will actively support automation driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployment in terms of integration.

Job specific requirements:

Site Security Automation LeadIs responsible forthe following aspects for CCN based Automation/ control systems for a cluster of plants:

  • Develops,alignsand executes site roadmaps forAutomation upgrades andDigital Manufacturing Transformation.

  • Leads a multifunctional team to design, implement and fullyutilizenewautomation anddigital solutions thatprovidestrong benefits for the cluster.

  • Execute Project Management responsibilities for the Capital projects as part of theAutomation andDigital Manufacturing Transformation.

  • Owns benefit and saving tracking among project progression.

Day to Day Ops/Project Management responsibilities:Is responsible forthe following aspects for CCN based Automation/ control systems -for a cluster of plants:

  • Responsible forday-to-daymanagement site automation within the cluster

  • Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant cluster following MINT standards

  • Ensures siteis followingcompany standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT)and cyber security

  • Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure incl delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components)

  • Issue escalationpointsfor Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure or cyber security · Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support,maintenanceand lifecycle management in line with the standards

  • Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements

  • Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems · Ensurealignmentbetween local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems

  • Collaboratewith ClusterMDSlead and Plant Champion (Plant Maintenance Automation lead).

  • Develops capability for cybersecurity and automation within the Cluster.

Stakeholder management (focus onoptimizeduser compliance, process performance, and customer satisfaction)

  • Development and execution of the Process, Control & Information Systems (PC&IS), including the Digitalization roadmap and tools implementation to increase the Digital Maturity Index in the site, considering 1)Computerizations, 2) Connectivity, 3) Visibility, 4) Transparency, 5) Predictive capacity, 6) Adaptability.

  • Escalation to regional Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas

  • Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications

Travel requirements:

Richmond based role with quarterly travel to Long Island, NY.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday (Onsite) (Core Hours)

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
