Your key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement AI-driven performance testing and automation frameworks to validate scalability, resilience, and system reliability.
  • Embed shift-left, automation-first testing practices into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous, low-touch validation.
  • Use AI and advanced tools to generate test scenarios, analyse performance trends, and identify bottlenecks early.
  • Define, monitor, and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and performance baselines to ensure consistent reliability outcomes.
  • Establish intelligent observability and AIOps practices, including proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities to improve issue detection and resolution.

What do I need?

  • Strong experience in performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling, k6, LoadRunner).
  • Proven expertise in automation frameworks and scripting (Python, Java, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
  • Solid understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and reliability engineering practices.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Elastic Observability).
  • Exposure to AI-enabled testing, AIOps, or intelligent automation tools.

  • Experience in banking or regulated environments, exposure to enterprise platforms (Oracle/Siebel), knowledge of resilience practices, and an interest in AI adoption would be considered advantageous.
