What’s in store for you:You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage - 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems - 300k+ service requests/sec processed - 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

If you thrive on cutting-edge tech and massive scale, this is the place for you. We keep our infrastructure clean of outdated tools and give you the full autonomy to choose your own stack. Here, you will constantly learn by experimenting with bleeding-edge technologies and integrating them into daily use. You will face exciting engineering challenges every day, working on high-load systems that process more than 60k API requests per second and over 500k messages per second through message brokers.

Your day-to-day:

• Be a part of team witch maintaining hundreds of servers around the globe.
• Maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters and ensure availability.
• Work on infrastructure arrangement, capacity planning, performance optimization.
• Be responsible for managing various databases - SQL, NoSQL and etc..
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Automate everything or as many things as possible.
• Work together with PMs and Development team to find the best technological solutions.
• New ideas & projects are always welcomed!

Your skills & experience:

• Strong Linux skills, including troubleshooting and programming.
• That you are familiar with some of these technologies: Microservices, Kafka, Nginx, MySQL, Valkey, HAProxy, Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD.
• Hands-on experience with automation and servers provisioning tools (preferably Ansible and OpenTofu).
• Excellent proactive, responsibility and ownership skills.

Nice to have:
• Experience with big databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with critical web systems (you know what HA actually means).
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (Gitlab CI/CD).
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• That you have a clue or two about how network technologies work (DNS, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, etc.).

Salary:

• Gross salary from 3600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
