As the Norwich Site Quality Leader, you will provide leadership and coaching on strategic quality initiatives aligned with Lean principles to drive a zero-defect culture. You will be responsible for developing strategic actions aligned to the business objectives and executing to meet and exceed the business KPIs (MRB & nonconformance, Losses, customer disruptions)
This role will require established problem-solving skills to develop root-cause corrective action (RCCA), process improvement through digital solutions, process capability and data analytics for the plant. You will design and deliver training solutions around the quality initiatives and zero-defect culture for the site.

The base pay range for this position is $136,000 - $156,000 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
