Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Project Manager to join our team In this role, you will lead the delivery of major construction packages from site, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project objectives, quality standards, contractual requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the overall site management and execution of major construction packages in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Direct multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, construction, project controls, commercial, contracts, procurement, quality, HSE, and stakeholder management.

  • Monitor construction progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones while proactively resolving technical and commercial issues.

  • Coordinate closely with the Client, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities to facilitate project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project procedures, regulatory requirements, and Parsons' quality management systems.

  • Lead project risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.

  • Oversee project controls activities including planning, scheduling, reporting, forecasting, change management, and performance monitoring.

  • Ensure effective management of construction quality through QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and compliance verification.

  • Review and approve construction methodologies, temporary works, recovery plans, and contractor execution strategies.

  • Provide strategic leadership during design coordination, constructability reviews, value engineering initiatives, and project planning.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and innovation to enhance project delivery performance.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop project staff while promoting knowledge transfer and succession planning within the project team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 20 years of experience on large-scale resort, infrastructure, or city development projects, with progression to Construction Manager or Site Project Manager level.

  • Proven experience managing major government and/or semi-government construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of site engineering, project controls, contracts, procurement, quality, environmental management, and health & safety.

  • Experience coordinating with government authorities and utility providers.

  • Demonstrated commitment to implementing and maintaining a Zero Accident safety culture.

  • Proven leadership overseeing engineering, project controls, contracts, procurement, HSSE, risk management, financial management, QA/QC, and construction delivery.

  • Experience delivering complex projects with internationally recognized Western engineering or PMC organizations.

  • Proven ability to lead large Construction Management (CM) teams on prestigious projects.

  • Strong record of driving continuous improvement and developing project teams within a construction environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • International project experience is required, with previous experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
