EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $21.51 to $29.58 Hourly

The Site Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This position works closely with project leadership, field personnel, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to help ensure project goals are achieved while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists the Project and Site Manager and Technical Supervisor in resolving construction issues
• Coordinates site meetings, defines agendas, and prepares minutes
• Reviews schedules, procedures, and safety reports prepared by the Subcontractor
• Accountable for setting the Safety Standard on the Project. The Site Project Coordinator must lead by example and establish productivity monitoring procedures and/or processes to assure quality of work on a progressive basis.
• Liaises with the Owner and Government officials as it pertains to the project.
• Provides knowledge of local means and methods
• Provides knowledge of heavy equipment installation
• Responsible for the communication with the representatives of the Trade Labor Unions on and off site.
EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• It is essential/required to have an active CA Class B General Contractors License or a Class C-61/D-34 Specialty Contractors License (Prefabricated Equipment Contractor)
EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• 2-5 years of experience in the direction of construction site activities.

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
