Could you be the full-time Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Bursa we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your *process engineering and industrial development* expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a *dedicated and collaborative* team of professionals.

You’ll lead the co-engineering and industrial development efforts to ensure product and process designs are optimized for manufacturability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain), manage resources, and ensure the implementation of standard processes and solutions. You’ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining industrial assumptions during the tender phase in line with industrial standards

  • Validating quotations related to industrial costs

  • Implementing standard processes and product solutions (SMP/SML, equipment, technologies) during project execution

  • Ensuring co-engineering methodologies are followed to optimize lead time and quality

  • Validating industrial scope during gate reviews and ensuring conditions for Serial Go are met

  • Managing the implementation of manufacturing equipment in compliance with EHS rules and QCD targets

  • Driving continuous improvement actions and supporting production teams

  • Managing staff capacity, competencies, and workload forecasts

  • Ensuring ERP data and documentation are complete, accurate, and timely

  • Participating in PME networks to build and improve industrial standards

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

  • Management skills and experience leading teams of engineers and technicians

  • Industrial experience (10+ years) in fields such as process engineering, lean manufacturing, or manufacturing work instructions

  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up

  • Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards and systems

  • Strong communication skills in English and Turkish (read, written, spoken)

  • Ability to coach, inspire, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Logical, organized, and decisive decision-making abilities
