We are currently seeking a Site Planning Engineer, reporting directly to Site Planning Manager to join our team based in Batam.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acknowledge and comply with all client specifications relevant to construction planning and progress reporting for the assigned project.
• Attend all meetings convened by project representatives.
• Prepare all project-specific procedures and deliverables within own area of competence.
• Develop project construction schedules and baseline plans, starting from the overall project schedule, and prepare the related reference progress curves, man-hour estimates, and manpower charts.
• Review and comment on construction schedules submitted by subcontractors during the bid stage, in line with the approved overall project construction schedule.
• Develop, agree, and finalize with each project subcontractor the construction progress curves, man-hours, and reference productivities to be attached to the subcontract.
• Provide support to site planning staff for the assigned project, whenever necessary.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Egineering disciplines.
• At least seven (7) years’ experience in the project control and planning.
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office especially Excel spreadsheets and data management.
• Proficient at using Primavera 6 and Microsoft project.
