Job Title: Planner – Transmission Line (TL) / Substation (SS)

Location: Morena, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 5+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) Preferred

Notice Period: Maximum 45 Days (30 Days Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Planners for ongoing Transmission Line and Substation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using Primavera P6 and should be currently working at project sites.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Establish project baselines and monitor progress against planned targets.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.

• Track project milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables.

• Identify schedule slippages and recommend recovery plans.

• Coordinate with Site, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams.

• Monitor manpower, material, and equipment deployment against project schedules.

• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and project performance metrics.

• Support management with project forecasting and resource planning.

• Participate in review meetings and provide planning inputs for project execution.

• Ensure timely project reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Transmission Line or Substation projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking.

• Understanding of EPC project execution and project life cycle.

• Ability to prepare catch-up schedules and delay analysis reports.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience working on site-based power infrastructure projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Currently working as a Planner, Planning Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, or Scheduler.

• Experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.

• Exposure to EHV Transmission Lines and AIS/GIS Substations will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with private sector project experience will be preferred.
