  • Address: Cavendish Road, Clare, Suffolk CO10 8PJ
  • Salary: £34,434 - £36,363 per annum
  • Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, core hours are 8 am until 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8 am until 3.30 pm on Friday but flexibility is required to cover the early and late shifts at both schools
  • Contract: Permanent, required as soon as possible

Stour Valley Community School are seeking a Site Operations Manager.

Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join Stour Valley Community School and Clare Community Primary School.

You will:

  • manage the site staff to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the services across both sites
  • ensure the schools comply with statuary inspection and Health and Safety legislation
  • have overall responsibility for the management of the facilities, ensuring that they are developed and maintained to the highest standard to provide an outstanding learning and working environment for students and staff, and a first-class resource for the community.

As well as having the relevant practical skills and experience, you will be a reliable and proactive team player with good communication skills, taking pride in the school environment and showing a willingness to support the school community.

We can offer a 3-bedroom house on site for a nominal rent – rent review pending.
