In this exciting career opportunity, you will support a range of maintenance and construction related activities across the NRMA EV charger fleet, including fault monitoring and coordination of associated repairs and maintenance as required. Data collection, maintenance and reporting are central to the role along with administrative support to Operations and Delivery for purchasing and supplier management.

You will be comfortable coordinating directly with field resources, manufacturers, suppliers and internal staff to ensure network faults are investigated and resolved within SLA’s and develop, produce and present site performance reporting, contractor performance reports, scope of works documents and other operational documents as required.

This role is ideally located in Smithfield but could be accommodated in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible/hybrid working.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to fault and network queries from NRMA business divisions in an informed and timely manner
  • Drafting and distribution of work orders / scope documents
  • Provide administrative project support to Delivery as required for greenfield sites
  • Monitor the NRMA charging network and respond appropriately to faults.
  • Co-ordination of scheduled and reactive maintenance programs

What You'll Bring

  • Proficient and methodical in troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in producing high quality documentation
  • Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure of multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience in managing field contractors would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in monitoring active network elements in either EV, electrical or telecommunications assets would be advantageous
