Lead the delivery of a major data centre project!

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction and high-voltage grid connection of a state-of-the-art data centre project west of Melbourne. This is a key leadership role, ensuring smooth execution of high-voltage cable burial and electrical infrastructure works, while managing on-site operations and contractor performance.

About the Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the EPC contractor, ensuring all high-voltage electrical, civil, and construction works are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in coordinating project teams, managing site logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee high-voltage cable burial and grid connection works, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety (WHS).
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including engineering teams, EPC contractors, and client representatives.
  • Drive site productivity and problem-solving to keep the project moving efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and compliance documentation.
