FASTSIGNS Oklahoma City is hiring a site manager. The position is responsible for the daily operation of the location and will be focused on continued profitable growth through business development, sales, production leadership and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all site operations, including sales, production, installation, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Follow quality control standards to ensure all products meet company and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on design, materials, and production techniques.
  • Manage production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and optimize resource efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve any production-related issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve shop capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role (sign industry experience a plus, but not required).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with Corebridge and CRM systems is a plus but not required.
  • Management skill and a mindset focused on growth will be critical to success in this position.
