We are seeking a Site Manager to lead our Smithfield Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), a key operation within Visy Recycling, reporting to the State Operations Manager NSW.
This role has full accountability for site safety, people, financial performance and operational outcomes. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team while partnering with internal stakeholders, councils, contractors and customers to deliver strong site performance.
Focused on driving EBITDA, productivity and resource recovery outcomes, you will embed a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and lifting operational standards across the site.
Success in this role will come from your ability to lead from the front, build capability and deliver consistent improvements in performance within a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment.
