Your Job

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery at assigned customer sites. You will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence while coordinating resources and teams to meet project requirements and client expectations.

You will be supervising and supporting our team/s on a client based set-up (Around 70-80%) across Benelux and Germany depending on project needs.


Our Team

The Europe Services Operations team consists of multidisciplinary functions covering site management (7 FTE), project management, administration & staffing, QA/QC, EHS, and technical services. The organization reports into the Services Operations Leader Europe, with functional group leaders responsible for their respective areas and driving execution across multiple countries. Close cross-functional collaboration is essential, with strong alignment between project/site teams, technical services, and support functions to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery across Europe.


What You Will Do

  • Oversee and manage all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company on-site, building strong customer relationships.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor daily work activities to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage logistics, materials, tools, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address safety, operational, and commercial challenges.
  • Report regularly to regional operations and project management teams on site progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote entrepreneurship and accountability within the team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the refining, petrochemical, or industrial services sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop personnel.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards, quality management, and site operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex situations on-site.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, primarily across Germany and Benelux.
  • Fluent in German and English, additional language skills (Dutch, French) are a plus.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • In-depth knowledge of mass transfer process, particular to distillation columns, is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
