The Site Manager’s primary function is to organize, drive, and manage the safe and efficient execution of the project. The Site Manager is an authority on Dematic equipment and the knowledgeable point of contact and escalation for (senior) supervisors and the project management team. The Site Manager represents an integral member of the project leadership team and it is their responsibility to ensure that safe, appropriate and optimal site conditions are established that facilitate right first time zero defects installation at the required rate of installation.
