About the Role

Coordinate end-to-end commercial renovation and fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.

This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end works including bathrooms, wet areas, kitchens, and broader site construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, builders, trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role suits someone who is organised, commercially minded, and confident juggling multiple projects at once.

Manage project budgets, including quotes, approvals, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end commercial renovation and fit-out projects from planning through to completion
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites
• Manage project budgets, quotes, approvals, and cost tracking
• Proven experience in commercial construction, renovation, or fit-out project coordination, including specific experience with medical clinic or similar regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of trades, subcontractor coordination, site workflows, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients

About You

You’re practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in live environments. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure, and understand how construction sites actually run.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) for scheduling and documentation.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in commercial construction, renovations, or fit-out project coordination
• Strong understanding of trades, subcontractor coordination, and site workflows
• Experience managing budgets, quotes, and project documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience in healthcare, aged care, NDIS, or regulated environments will be highly regarded
