 Role: Site Manager

Client: Residential/Commercial Contractor

Essentials: 3+ years experience as a Site Manager in Ireland, strong paperwork/admin experience, Procore experience

Location: Co.Kildare

Salary: €75,000 - €85,000

Package: Car, Fuel Card, Bonus, Pension

Reporting to: Project Manager

• Oversee daily site operations, coordinating direct labour and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme.
• Manage project programmes, undertaking short-term planning and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate design development and maintain effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities meet required quality standards, project specifications, and statutory regulations.
• Lead all aspects of site health and safety, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring full legislative compliance.
• Monitor commercial performance, overseeing subcontractor packages, procurement, cost control, and budget management.
• Chair and lead site coordination meetings, resolving issues and driving programme delivery.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, utility providers, local authorities, and other third-party stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and direction to site personnel through effective delegation, mentoring, and performance management.
