
Krüger Kaldnes is Veolia’s water technology expert in Norway. We deliver comprehensive solutions to municipalities and industry within wastewater treatment, rehabilitation, service, and in the future also water treatment, always with a strong focus on sustainability and the highest technical standards.
We are currently in the midst of a strategic and ambitious expansion of our Norwegian organization, strengthening our professional capacity and establishing a more robust local presence. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues who not only want to manage projects, but who are also eager to help shape and develop a growing department in Norway.
Your responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the execution phase of advanced drinking water and wastewater treatment projects. Acting as our representative on site, you will support the Project Manager by following up technical solutions, interfaces and progress, and ensuring that installations and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and quality requirements.
The position is affiliated with our office in Sandefjord, but the day-to-day work will largely take place on construction sites. The first project is located in the Moss area, and some travel should be expected in connection with projects in other parts of the country.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and public clients, contributing to smooth collaboration and well-coordinated project execution. The role combines strong technical insight with hands-on coordination and presence on site, ensuring that process and mechanical systems are implemented correctly and safely.

You have a solid technical background and experience from complex projects related to drinking water and wastewater treatment plants. You are accustomed to working with multidisciplinary process and engineering projects and thrive in roles where coordination, technical understanding and collaboration are key.
You handle multiple interfaces simultaneously, communicate confidently with contractors and public clients, and ensure that technical intent is translated into high-quality execution on site.
