Solvay Fluor Mexico is located in the north of México in Ciudad Juárez. Our Site is part of the Special Chem Business team and focuses on fluorine-based products. Approximately 105 people work at the site.
As a Site Manager of Ciudad Juárez, you will work leading all Health, Safety and Environmental activities, managing the production of all fluorine products, and setting and achieving KPI targets to support the overall operational excellence and strategic growth of the site. You will get the opportunity to contribute to improving the site's performance through transformation projects and implementing sustainability and effectiveness and have a positive impact on safety and manufacturing costs. About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is $170,000 - $185,000 MXN per month in México. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
