What impact you’ll make
As a Site Manager / Field Service, you will play a key role within the Field Services team, leading and supporting the delivery of on-site technical services for customer-owned wind installations in El Almendro ( Huelva) area. This role combines site management responsibilities with strong technical and operational involvement in installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
You will be responsible for both coordinating site activities and performing hands-on technical work when required, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate on-site activities during the installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of customer-owned wind installations.
  • Provide technical direction, operational support, and hands-on field service when required by the project or intervention.
  • Plan on-site work by defining the scope of activities, required resources, execution timelines, and technical needs, using engineering instructions, drawings, and process documentation.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for the customer, ensuring effective communication and proper alignment with technical and operational requirements.
  • Incorporate customer CTQs (Critical to Quality) into job planning and execution.
  • Lead and coordinate skilled labor, contractors, and resources deployed to the site.
  • Supervise and, when necessary, perform troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance activities on equipment including power transformers, switchgear, protection relays, control systems, turbines, motors, and generators.
  • Diagnose and support the resolution of electromechanical operation and maintenance issues within the power transmission and distribution field.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and technical requirements throughout the execution of the work.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties, including technical reports, material orders, quotations, job status tracking, timesheets, and expense reports.
  • Exercise sound judgment to control costs, optimize resources, and manage company expenditures appropriately.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • FP II, Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electromechanical Maintenance, or as an Electrical Technician/Electrician.
  • Experience in the electrical or power sector, ideally within the wind industry (renewable energy), including field service functions and coordination/management of on-site activities.
  • Experience with Cypress and 3X technology and familiarity with test equipment and testing procedures.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in SCADA systems and standard office software.
  • Availability to work shifts/on-call duties and at heights.
  • High level of Spanish and intermediate-high level of English.
