We are looking for Ecommerce Fulfillment Center Site Manager to join our operations team in Beer Sheva, Israel

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and service that we provide our Groceries client at our Beer Sheva micro fulfilment center.

What you'll do

● Ensure seamless operations - receive, decant, pick, dispatch, stock management

● Accountable for facility key performance indicators (e.g., on time %, labor efficiency etc.).

● Lead a team of 50+ talented team members, supported by a leadership team of shift managers

● Ensure all healthcare and safety requirements and regulations are met

● Manage the day to day interaction with site partners- suppliers, drivers and customer representatives

● Work closely with RnD and Product teams with respect to site requirements and product needs

Requirements

Who you are

● Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience in an operational/logistics environment – preferably in grocery retail

● Hands-on experience in managing 30+ employees across multiple shifts or departments must

● Proven track record of improving KPIs (e.g., productivity, shrinkage, fulfillment accuracy) candidates may be asked to present examples.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to lead, train, and motivate teams under high-pressure situations

● High proficiency in working with WMS / ERP systems – must

● Strong Excel and data analysis skills – candidates will be tested

● Fluent Hebrew – speaking, reading, and writing. English – advanced level

● Full availability for flexible work hours including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends – mandatory.

● 5 days per week onsite presence. No hybrid work. Company car included

● Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, etc.) – an advantage
