We are seeking an experienced Site Manager who is highly capable, motivated, and driven by quality craftsmanship, design, and attention to detail. This role will predominantly oversee high-end residential projects throughout the Southern Highlands region, including Bowral and surrounding areas.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations across our residential projects, working closely with the Construction Manager and wider construction team. You will oversee Leading Hands, Carpenters, Apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to Cadence & Co's exceptional standards.
You will collaborate with both our Bowral and Sydney teams as required, maintaining strong communication and ensuring a seamless project delivery experience for our clients.
