You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

• Leading the delivery of accommodation and site solutions projects from mobilisation through to handover
• Coordinating site schedules, delivery programs and installation activities
• Coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved safely, on time and within budget
• Liaising closely with customers and key stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Managing site mobilisation and installation activities
• Overseeing site inductions and ensuring all health, safety and compliance requirements are met
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesManaging resources, site activities and reporting requirements
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery
• Driving successful project outcomes through effective planning, communication and leadership

What you'll bring to the role

• Experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Construction Supervisor or similar site leadership role
• Demonstrated experience coordinating site-based delivery activities, contractors and stakeholders from mobilisation through to completion
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to coordinate resources, contractors and delivery schedules to achieve successful project outcomes
• Sound understanding of site safety, inductions and compliance requirementsStrong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver projects within agreed timeframes
• Experience delivering temporary facilities, modular infrastructure, accommodation villages, mining services projects or similar installation-based projects will be highly regarded
