Job Description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Site Manager position for the GTA area at multiple customer locations including and east of Milton, ON

Overall Purpose

The Site Manager is accountable for the safe, compliant, profitable, and customer-focused delivery of TRIGO services across multiple customer locations including and east of Milton, ON. The position establishes consistent operating standards across the area, ensures each site meets contractual, quality, staffing, financial, and reporting requirements, and serves as the senior day-to-day TRIGO representative to assigned customers.

The Site Manager will lead a team of Site Supervisors, Site Leads, and Inspectors to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient service delivery. They will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to drive operational performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.

Success requires visible field leadership, disciplined performance management, rapid escalation and problem resolution, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build capable site leadership teams that can operate reliably across multiple shifts and customer environments.

Responsibilities

  • Health, Safety, Compliance and Risk Management – Champion a culture of safety and compliance by managing risk, ensuring regulatory adherence, leading incident investigations, and driving corrective actions.
  • Customer Relationship and Account Leadership – Serve as the primary operational leader for customer accounts by building trusted relationships, resolving issues, managing performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Multi-Site Operations and Service Delivery – Direct and standardize daily operations across multiple sites by ensuring staffing, service delivery, operational consistency, business continuity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Management System and Technical Execution – Ensure all work meets customer and TRIGO quality standards through effective documentation, training, audits, defect resolution, technical support, and continuous compliance.
  • Financial and Commercial Management – Drive financial performance by managing budgets, labour costs, billing accuracy, contract compliance, profitability, and commercial risk.
  • Workforce Planning, Leadership and Employee Relations – Build and lead a high-performing workforce by planning staffing needs, developing leaders, ensuring employee competency, managing performance, and fostering an accountable workplace culture.
  • Performance Management, Reporting and Governance – Monitor operational, quality, safety, staffing, and financial performance through accurate reporting, performance reviews, document control, and timely risk escalation.
  • Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Standardization – Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing standardized processes, leveraging data and technology, reducing waste, and sharing best practices across operations.
  • Launches, New Missions and Change Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute new launches, mission changes, and operational transitions by ensuring readiness, effective communication, successful implementation, and sustainable operations.

Working Conditions

  • Regular travel between customer sites i ncluding and east of Milton, with occasional travel elsewhere in Ontario or Canada as business needs require.
  • Frequent work in automotive, manufacturing, warehouse, yard, and industrial environments that may involve noise, temperature variation, moving equipment, production traffic, and mandatory personal protective equipment.
  • Work schedule must align with customer operations and may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, launches, shutdowns, and urgent after-hours escalation support.
  • Extended periods of walking, standing, driving, computer work, meetings, and site observation are expected.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, service delivery, staffing, quality performance, financial results, and operational escalations.
  • Working knowledge of quality inspection, containment, sorting, rework/repair, launch support, controlled work instructions, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and audit practices is preferred.
  • Experience with budgets, gross-margin management, labour forecasting, timekeeping, invoicing controls, contracts/statements of work, and operational reporting.
  • Strong capability with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and data/reporting tools; able to learn customer and TRIGO systems quickly.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly among customer sites.

Experience & Education

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations, engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Typically seven or more years of progressive experience in automotive, manufacturing, quality services, logistics, industrial services, or a comparable customer-site environment.
  • At least three years of leadership experience with responsibility for multiple sites, multiple shifts, or a large hourly workforce; experience leading through subordinate supervisors is strongly preferred.
