About the project
Join HumeLink, one of Australia's largest energy infrastructure projects, delivering approximately 365 kilometres of new 500kV transmission lines that will strengthen the NSW electricity network and connect more renewable energy to homes and businesses. As part of Transgrid's Major Projects team, you'll help deliver nationally significant infrastructure that will power Australia's clean energy future for generations to come.
About the role

Working closely with the Construction Manager, contractors and project teams, you'll coordinate day-to-day site operations, monitor contractor performance and ensure quality, environmental and safety standards are maintained throughout construction.
This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's largest transmission projects while working across regional New South Wales.
This role is full-time onsite and is based in either Bannaby, Tumut or Yass depending on project requirements.

Our most crucial work is leading the transition to Australia’s clean energy future. The traditional coal system that served our country for decades is nearing the end of its life, to be replaced by wind and solar generation.
We’re making the right decisions now to prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead – a changing climate, population growth and technology innovation.
As we lead the way towards a more resilient future, we’re working closely with our customers and communities to make sure no one is left behind.
Wherever you are in NSW or the ACT, you can be confident in the reliable, affordable and sustainable electricity we transmit as we make a better power system for generations to come.
