Our client, a Tier 1 main contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their expanding team across multiple locations including the North, South, West, and Dublin City Centre You will be working on a portfolio of high-value residential and fitout projects, contributing to the successful delivery of industry-leading developments. The projects range from contemporary apartment schemes to intricate commercial fitouts, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of site management experience and a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project progression.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure all works adhere to company safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve onsite challenges.
Monitor project schedules and update stakeholders on progress and any deviations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, permits, and safety records.
Lead onsite meetings, ensuring effective communication across all teams.
Drive continuous improvement in site processes, productivity, and safety culture.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role.
Background in residential and/or fitout project delivery.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and regulations.
Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant construction qualifications and up-to-date safety certifications.
