Nous recherchons un Site Manager expérimenté pour superviser et coordonner l'ensemble des activités sur site. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de la coordination entre les disciplines et les représentants du client, de la gestion des rapports quotidiens et de l'allocation des ressources, ainsi que du respect du calendrier et du budget du projet. Il sera également l'interlocuteur principal du contractant.

Responsabilités principales
  • Superviser les activités du site afin de garantir la sécurité, la qualité et l'efficacité
  • Coordonner les disciplines et les représentants du client pour assurer une bonne communication
  • Gérer les rapports quotidiens et l'allocation des ressources
  • Assurer la conformité avec le calendrier et le budget du projet
  • Agir comme interlocuteur principal pour toutes les questions liées au site
Exigences
  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, gestion de construction ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de site sur des projets de grande envergure
  • Solides compétences en leadership, communication et coordination
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des systèmes de reporting
  • Connaissance des réglementations de sécurité et des normes de conformité

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all site activities. The successful candidate will manage daily progress reporting and resource allocation, ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets, and act as the primary point of contact for the contractor while coordinating across disciplines and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Coordinate disciplines and client representatives for alignment
  • Manage daily reporting and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with project schedule and budget
  • Act as contractor contact for all site-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of site management experience in large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
