Site Manager — South Pit Hot Mix Plant
Run the highest-revenue plant in one of West Texas’ most established materials operations.
CSA Materials is hiring the first dedicated Site Manager for South Pit, the company’s largest hot mix asphalt plant in Midland, Texas. This is not a maintenance manager role and not a back-office coordinator role. This is an operations leadership seat built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can organize chaos under pressure, and knows how to keep customers, trucks, production, and people moving in the same direction.
South Pit produces millions in monthly output supporting TxDOT, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, GSA, municipalities, paving contractors, and commercial customers across the Permian Basin.
The operation has grown to the point where leadership needs someone fully dedicated to owning the daily rhythm of the plant.
If you can run logistics, manage competing priorities, communicate under pressure, and lead through influence rather than title, CSA will teach you the asphalt side.
Why This Role Stands Out
Own the Company’s Biggest Plant
South Pit is CSA’s highest-revenue location, generating roughly $3M–$5M in monthly production volume. This is a high-visibility operational leadership role with real impact on the business every day.
Build the Role Yourself
This is a newly created position. You are not walking into someone else’s system — you will help define what great looks like as CSA scales operations across West Texas.
Learn the Industry
Leadership is open to strong operators from logistics, construction materials, transportation, manufacturing, dispatch, fleet operations, or fast-paced industrial environments. Asphalt experience is helpful, but not required.
Long-Term Stability
CSA Materials has been producing aggregate and asphalt materials across Texas since 1987 and operates as part of the Reece Albert family of companies, a heavy civil contractor founded in 1940. The company is family-owned, privately held, and built around long-term relationships with employees and customers.
