We expect you to be the first point of contact for all services, maintenance and emergency work carried out. To be the first point of contact in emergencies e.g. alarm sounding out of school hours and to be proactive in keeping the school site to a high standard.
An understanding and compassion for the pupils is a must as they are the focus of everything we do at Hillside. Confidentiality, professionalism and the ability to think on your feet is a must. A good sense of humour, a considerate and cheerful nature and a positive ‘can do’ attitude are all essential.
If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this role and you want to make a real contribution to our school, even if you do not meet all the criteria, we would welcome an application from you.
