Target salary range: $100k - $110k The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

The Site Manager / Senior Contractor Representative is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing on-site personnel, and ensuring successful contract performance in support of government programs. This role serves as the primary on-site liaison between the organization, senior leadership, and Government representatives to ensure operational effectiveness, compliance, and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily site operations in support of contract requirements and mission objectives.
  • Supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure effective performance and operational readiness.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements, schedules, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  • Serve as the primary interface between company leadership and Government personnel.
  • Coordinate operational activities, staffing, logistics, and resource management at the assigned site.
  • Prepare and provide status reports, briefings, and updates to senior management and Government stakeholders.
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain program continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of site activities and special projects as required.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and customer representatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree (AA/AS) from an accredited college or completion of a 2-year technical school program in Business, Program Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting government or operational programs.
  • Specialized knowledge of site operations, personnel management, and contract performance oversight.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior management and Government personnel.

Substitutions

  • One academic year at an accredited college or university in a related post-secondary program may substitute for one year of experience.
