As siteWnDmanager you will have the full accountability for P&L and operations of the Warehousing and Distributions products for the site. By managing the products for the site,youhave a significant impact onthe short- and long-term financial and operatingobjectivesas set by the overall regional business plan.You will be leading,guidingand developing the operational activities of multiple products within a large area or multiple smaller areas with moderate to significant impact on Business Unit results. With your operational management skills can make a difference by supporting and enabling the MaerskWndproduct families and value proposition to our clients being either stand alone or part of a global supply chain solution.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the AreaWnDManager, you haveresponsibility for providingexpertisefor business planning andbudgeting in the function.Approvingpolicies and procedures for the Area Operations function thatcontribute to the overall regional operations plan.Against the targets for the variousfunctions,you are accountable for setting andmonitoringthe performanceforthe Area Operations. As anexperienceteammanageryou will lead,guideand develop a team to ensure the Area achieves itsobjectives

Your key responsibilities will include:

Profit & Loss

• P&Lresponsiblefor the site. Covering all products and clients offered at this site

• Newandexistingcustomer management

• Contract management

• Site performance (costutilization)

• Continiousimprovement&optimizationof assets

• Investment proposals and follow up on the same

Product

• Execution ofWnDstrategy for site inalignmentwith AreaWnDManager

• Business developmentalignedwithstrategy

• Develop new customers byliaisingwith area sales

• Siteimplementation

• Growthtargets

• Product mix

• Tender handling support to AreaWnDManager

• Expand business footprint while ensuringprofitablegrowth

• Customization and localization of the products within the framework

• Cross functional support to Area WND Manager

Operationalexcellence

• Manage the operations of the location

• HSSE & complianceadherence

• Manage subcontractors needs and used at this location forWnDservices

• Drive compliance &regulatoryadherence

• Sites operating basis security / IT standards

General management

• Leaseadministration

• Contract management

We are looking for

You have +7 years’ site management experience (omnichannel fulfilment) and extensive operational knowledge ofWnD Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with experienceto workin an international matrix organization are key tosucceedin this role.

Lean thinking and continuous improvementisyour second natureand you have developed over the years excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills

You havestrongknowledge oflocalmarket andculture,and you are strong in dealing with customers.Ahigh levelof financialacumen – reading,interpretingand acting on P&L is your second nature. Similar as your Dutch as this is your mother tongue and you also have alsoexcellent written and verbal English language skills
