What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full accountability for end‑to‑end site operations, performance and administration
  • Lead, inspire and develop site teams to build a strong, engaged and safety‑focused culture
  • Drive operational planning and execution to achieve production targets and KPIs
  • Oversee maintenance and reliability of plant, equipment and infrastructure
  • Champion best‑practice safety, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and operational discipline
  • Ensure the site operates in full compliance with regulatory, environmental and permit requirements

What We’re Looking for

  • Previous experience in an automated manufacturing or production management role
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in an operational environment
  • Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, sustainability and safety standards
  • Demonstrated ability to drive productivity, improve workflows and optimise site performance
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with operational reporting
