A growing construction company is seeking an experienced and organized Site Manager to oversee multiple active job sites across Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan. This role is responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule while coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on construction experience who can manage operations across several sites and ensure high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and crews while maintaining clear communication between all parties.
Monitor job site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Coordinate scheduling, materials, and logistics to ensure efficient project progress.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple job sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills when working with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of construction site management or supervisory experience.
Experience overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and site operations.
Ability to travel between job sites in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan.
