The Opportunity

  • Deliver projects safely, on time and to Practical Completion through effective program and resource management
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and trades to drive performance and accountability
  • Identify and mitigate risks across safety, program and commercial outcomes
  • Oversee fit-out works and ensure quality execution in line with drawings and specifications
  • Maintain a 100% pass rate on safety and quality audits, ensuring compliance with WHS, NCC and ISO standards
  • Manage site documentation, reporting and project close-outs
  • Build strong client relationships and meet or exceed satisfaction targets

What You Bring

• Trade qualification

• 3+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar role

• First Aid & CPR Certification, Construction White Card

• Strong programming acumen who understands how to schedule the trades cohesively to meet

programme objectives and milestones

• Experience managing commercial fit-out or interior projects

• Confidence using construction software and digital documentation systems

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset

What Success Looks Like

• Projects delivered safely, on time and defect-free

• Strong subcontractor performance and accountability

• Clear documentation and seamless project close-outs

• High client satisfaction scores

• A culture of teamwork, accountability and positivity on site
