Site Manager - Brisbane, QLD

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day cleaning operations at a single key contract site
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery meets expectations
• Supervise and support cleaning staff to maintain high performance and compliance
• Manage rosters, work orders, and operational issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and WHS compliance
• Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and procedures
• Support the implementation of operational improvements and safety initiatives
• Ensure all staff comply with safety protocols and site access requirements

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a site supervisor or site manager role, preferably within commercial cleaning
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards
• Proven people management skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients
• Due to site access requirements, this role is only open to Australian Citizens
