Responsibilities:Plan and manage all detail of the project from inception to completionForecast monthly progress claim and expenditure budgetManage sub-contractors performanceConduct regular meeting with sub-contractors, suppliers and project teamMonitor equipment usage and allocationAttend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractorsIdentify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a recognized Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.Minimum 3-6 years working experience in related and project management field.
