Location: Tata Motor Ltd, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech. – Electrical Engineering with Supervisor license (Mandatory)

Number of years of relevant experience required.

8-12 years

Specialization:

Plant Maintenance – 132KV / 220KV switchyard operation and Maintenance, HT/LT Electrical distribution system

Experience Requirements:

  • Should be well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business.
  • 220kV / 132KV Switchyard operation and maintenance
  • Exp. in Maintenance of MV switch gear - ABB make HPA24 series type, Siemens make 3AH3, 3AH5
  • LV Switch Gear – Schneider
  • Knowledge of Numerical Relays including Siemens 7SJ61. DIGSI software knowledge is desirable
  • Knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with established methods and procedures
  • Knowledge of protection, metering & measurement of various electrical parameters
  • Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, codes, specifications & safety requirements
  • Knowledge of testing various power distribution components like cables, switchgears & transformers
  • Knowledge of preparing various types of MIS reports pertaining to:
  • Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity
  • Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same.
  • Skill mapping of team members
  • 5S maintaining in work area.

Target Industry: Automotive Industry or Similar process industry Maintenance
