This role is hybrid - Based in Ankara

Join our international team and be the key support to clinical research projects in Türkiye, providing non-monitoring site management and administrative support, maintaining trial records and facilitating communication between investigative sites, vendors and project teams.

Site Management

• Exchanges data, documents and other project-relevant information between investigative sites, site vendors and the project team
• Serves as the main site contact for administrative and non-protocol related matters
• Prepares regulatory and ethics committee submission/notification documents
• Coordinates site payments and trial supplies
• Supports site-specific query resolution and tracks EDC completion
• Coordinates preparation for and follow-up on site audits and inspections

Other Communication

• Exchanges information and documents with the project team and other departments
• Organizes and participates in internal project team meetings
• Assists with the organization of Investigator Meetings
• Coordinates trial-related training for investigator sites

Document Management

• Maintains Trial Master File (TMF) records and performs regular TMF checks
• Prepares, distributes and updates Investigator Site Files (ISF) and ISF checklists
• Coordinates translation of trial records
• Provides support during TMF and systems audits

Vendor & Trial Management

• Communicates with trial vendors and tracks vendor-related supplies
• Tracks site issues and action items in CTMS
• Ensures proper safety information flow with investigative sites

Other Assistance

• Provides miscellaneous administrative project support, as applicable

Qualifications

• College or university degree; relevant education, training and experience may also be considered
• Experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment, preferably in an international setting, is a plus
• Prior experience as a Site Coordinator is a plus
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Full working proficiency in English and Turkish
• Good organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills+
