Job Advertisement: Site Maintenance Manager – Latvia
Based in Riga and reporting to the pan-Baltic Chief Operating Officer. You will be responsible for the passive infrastructure of all Baltic Tower Company sites in Latvia – including towers, monopoles, and rooftop structures supporting Tele2 and future tenants. Your focus is on maintaining structural reliability through inspections, repairs, upgrades, and new passive builds, with a balanced mix of field work and subcontractor coordination. Each site you manage contributes directly to service uptime and revenue stability.
