Requirements
The Site Leader for Global Center of Excellence in the Philippines will oversee the operational success and strategic direction of the facility. Although this role does not have direct reports, the Site Leader is accountable for driving team achievement, fostering a culture of excellence, and upholding the highest standards across the facility. Will act as "eyes and ears" for business leaders who are based outside the Philippines. Responsible for employee engagement, raising issues, and supporting hiring strategies.
